As CEO, Ryan’s role at HOLT is running the day-to-day operations, creating and reinforcing the company mission and vision, community outreach, and charitable efforts, to name a few! Ryan doesn’t hesitate to lend support to his team when they are facing challenges. He believes that there isn’t a problem that can’t be solved when a committed team goes all in! In his time away from work, Ryan enjoys playing golf, listening to hip hop and spending time with his family.
